I've completed my path but it's not showing as passed!

There is a few troubleshooting steps you can take:

  • Have you finished the assessments in each module? Double-check because if you didn't the Platform will not let you go to the next level and won't update your status as passed.

  • Do you see the path as passed in the Achievements section of your User Profile?

    • If not, then there are modules still needed to be completed.

    • Yes, you've passed!
