There is a few troubleshooting steps you can take:
Have you finished the assessments in each module? Double-check because if you didn't the Platform will not let you go to the next level and won't update your status as passed.
Do you see the path as passed in the Achievements section of your User Profile?
If not, then there are modules still needed to be completed.
