Learner Status

Our reporting highlights a few different statuses that a learner can be in when completing a path or an assignment.

The statuses are:

  1. In-progress

  2. Passed

  3. Paused

In Progress

"In progress" mean that a learner has enrolled in a path and they have not completed all the associated lessons in that path. Their completion will show as "not completed." Their progress will show the total number of lessons completed out of the total lessons in the path.

Passed

"Passed" means that a learner has completed all lessons and the path is complete. Their completion will show the date/time the path was completed. Their progress will show the total number of lessons completed out of the total lessons in the path.

Paused

"Paused" means that a learner was enrolled in a path but has now enrolled in another path in that same level. This is possible if you have more than one path active at that level (Foundational, Intermediate or Advanced). Their completion will show as "not completed." Their progress will show the total number of lessons completed out of the total lessons in the path. If they were to re-enroll in that path. The status would update to "In Progress."

Assignment Table

Our Assignment Table has one additional status that you will not see in the Progress Report or our other
