We have updated our admin user interface to improve navigation and make it easier for you to find the features that you use most. This article covers the specific changes to the Dashboard and the sidebar.

We removed the Quick Charts/Graphs and Paths & Quests Progress modules from the dashboard to prioritize the At-a-Glance and Learning Funnel. Information previously shown in the Quick Charts/Graphs can be accessed in the downloadable reports.

Previously the top-level navigation header "Reporting" was clickable and lead to the downloadable reports. Now "Downloadable Reports" is a stand alone navigation item nestled under "Reporting."

The new "Communication" navigation item contains all of the tools you can use to communicate with your learners from the platform. These include emails, custom bell notifications, and in-app banners.

This section contains all of the email templates that are available to send to learners. For more information on how to customize, activate/deactivate, and send emails from the platform, please see the Security Journey Email Notifications article.

Previously called, "Latest Changes", this is where you can create custom bell notifications to send to your learners, which they will see when they log into the platform.

Previously called, "Banner", this can be used to create and delete custom banners in your platform. Banners created here are visible to all learners and admins in your organizations.

Custom Resources are links to internal or external resources that you can make viewable from within a module to supplement user learning. These resources are attached to specific lessons and are viewable in the notes section of a lesson. For more information, see the article on Custom Resources.

The Theme selection panel has moved under "Settings".
