Admin Guide: Setting Up Champion Passport Activities

Confirm Learner Access (Prerequisites)

Learners must complete the required prerequisite paths before Champion Passport levels are available:

• Foundational

• Intermediate

• Advanced

Set Professional & Expert Point Requirements

Champion Passport levels are based on points (where 1 point = 1 hour). To adjust the required points:

1. Go to Admin → Paths & Quests → Recommended Paths → Activities

2. Review the current Professional and Expert point settings

3. Duplicate the default path (the original can’t be edited directly)

4. Edit the point requirements in your duplicated version

5. Archive the default path so learners only see your customized one

Configure Which Activities Learners Can Choose

To manage the activities learners can select and submit:

• Go to Admin → Activities

Champion Passport activities are built from:

• Actions & Objects (what learners do and what they work on)

• Impacts (who it affects / scope + the point value)

The platform includes common templates you can customize:

• Build

• Teach

• Research

• Implement

Customize Mentorship Requests (Optional)

Learners can request mentorship directly from their activities. You can configure:

• The mentorship question options learners can choose from

• The details learners submit with their request

Customize Admin Judgment Response Messages

When admins review a submitted activity, the platform can show custom feedback messages for outcomes such as:

• Passed

• Failed

• Needs more information

1. Ensure learners complete prerequisites

2. Duplicate and customize point requirements (then archive/deactivate the default path)

3. Configure the activity options and its building blocks (Actions/Objects + Impacts)

4. Customize mentorship questions (optional)

5. Customize judgment response messages shown after review
