Control whether Platform Admins receive email alerts for Champion Passport mentorship requests and activity submissions, and choose which admins are notified.
Admin Notification Emails
Purpose
As learners progress through the Security Journey Advanced path, they may move into Professional and Expert levels. In the Champion Passport, learners will add activities and may request help or submit work that needs review.
The Admin Notification Emails setting lets you control whether Platform Admins receive email alerts when:

a learner requests mentorship, or
-
a learner submits an activity for judgment
You can also choose which Platform Admins should receive these emails.
What happens when this setting is ON vs OFF
If enabled:

Selected Platform Admins receive email notifications for mentorship requests and activity submissions.
If disabled:

Notifications still appear inside the Platform Admin’s account, but admins will only see them after logging in (no email alerts are sent).
How to opt an admin into Activity Notifications
To make sure a Platform Admin receives these notifications, you’ll need to update their user settings:

Open the Platform Admin’s user profile/settings from the Users Table.

Edit the user’s notification settings.

Enable/opt them into receiving Activity Notifications.
