Learn how Assessment Notifications work in Security Journey—when emails are sent, available reminder frequencies, and what the initial and reminder notification templates include.
Configure assessment notifications
When you create a new assessment, you can manage notification options in Assignment Settings, including:

Notify learners when the assessment becomes available (On/Off)

Reminder email frequency (choose one):

No Reminders

Weekly
-
Monthly
-
Quarterly

Email templates
Security Journey provides two assessment notification emails:

Initial Email Notification (sent when the assessment becomes available)

Reminder Email Notification (sent based on the reminder frequency you select)
At this time, assessment notification email templates are not editable, though this may change in the future.
