Learning Swing Report
Use the Learning Swing Report to measure training improvement and compare learner results before and after learning activities.
What is Learning Swing?
Learning Swing measures how much a learner feels their knowledge has improved after completing a lesson.
For each lesson, learners complete a quick self-assessment:
-
They rate their knowledge before the lesson
-
They rate their knowledge after the lesson
-
Both ratings use a five-point scale
The difference between the “before” and “after” scores is the learner’s Learning Swing.
Learning Swing can be displayed as:
-
a numerical score difference, or
-
a percentage increase
