Notification Frequency
When you create a new Assignment, you have the option to enable notifications to be sent to your learner on a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. These settings can be changed at any time.
Bell Notifications
These notifications come in the form of a Platform "Bell Notification" similar to what you see when you have an unread text message. They are visible in the top right-hand corner of the Security Journey Platform.
Unread Email Notifications
The bell notification will provide learners with the name of the Path and it's due date. If the learner doesn't clear the bell notification within an hour of receiving it, they will receive an "Unread Notification" email that includes:
- The name of the Assignment with a clickable link that takes them directly to their User Profile to start the Assignment
- The Assignment's due date
