Customizing Platform Emails

Security Journey provides a set of pre-built automated email templates that can be customized from within the Admin interface. Administrators can update editable text content, preview changes using a test email, and restore the default version if needed.

Edit a Platform Email Template

  1. Navigate to Admin > Emails.

  2. Locate the email template you want to modify. The page displays all platform emails available for editing.

  3. Click into any editable text field and make the required changes. Editable content is selectable/clickable within the template editor.

  4. Select Save Template to apply and store your updates.

  5. (Optional) Use Send Test Email to send a preview message to your email client for validation.

  6. (Optional) If you need to undo changes, select Restore to revert the template back to the default version.

Keep in mind:

  • Logo and email template colors cannot be modified at this time. 

  • Only the editable text fields within the template can be updated.
