In addition to the reports available in the Security Journey Admin UI, Security Journey also provides a set of pre-built downloadable reports that you can generate on demand.
How to Access Downloadable Reports
Navigate to: Admin → Reporting → Downloadable Reports
Available Downloadable Reports
Report – Full Details (Updated hourly)
Includes complete details for all users, across all levels, including paths and quests.
Report – Summary (Updated daily)
Includes only current level path enrollments for all users.
✅ Does not include previous paths, levels, or quests.
Report – Usage (Updated daily)
Provides a quarterly breakdown of user usage. This report helps you understand:

how much usage your users have consumed, and
-
how much remaining balance is available for the rest of your agreement term.
Report – Learning Swing
Includes data for all lesson ranks used in Learning Swing.
Report – Level Ranking
Includes data for all level ranks used in Learning Swing.
Report – Users
Includes data for all users.
Report – Lesson Attempts (Updated hourly)
Includes full details for all lesson attempts.
