How to submit feedback to Security Journey

Step-by-step instructions for submitting feedback, reporting problems, or requesting features in Security Journey.

Submit General Feedback (Product or Lessons)

  1. In the platform, click your user profile in the top right. 

  2. Select Provide Feedback.

  3. Enter your feedback (include as much detail as possible).

  4. Click Submit.

Submit Feedback on a Quiz Question

  1. While taking a quiz, use the feedback option shown on the question.

  2. Describe what’s unclear or incorrect.

  3. Submit your feedback.

Submit Feedback on an Assessment Question

  1. While taking an assessment, use the use the feedback option shown on the question.

  2. Describe what’s unclear or incorrect.

  3. Submit your feedback.

    1. You can also submit feedback after you've completed an Assessment by reviewing your Results and using the feedback option shown on the question. 

Tips for Faster Review (Recommended)

Include:

  • lesson/quiz name (or feature)

  • what you expected vs. what happened

  • key details (and screenshots if available)
