Assessment Report
You can find your available assessment reports by navigating to Admin > Reporting Assessments.
Here, you will see a list of all your current and previous assessments.
The Assessment Report displays all Assessment data for your organization. Key metrics include:
- Average Score
- Average Time Spent
- Proficiency Score
- Filter by Proficiency Score (Foundational, Intermediate, Advanced) to manually opt learners out of training
This is also where you can reset learner's assessments if needed. Data is exportable to .CSV.
Within the Assessment Report, you can also drill down into an individual learner's results to see what questions they answered correctly or incorrectly.
How do we calculate Proficiency Scores?
After completing an assessment each learner is given Proficiency score:
- Foundational = score <69%
- Intermediate = score 70-89%
- Advanced = 90+
Learner Facing Reporting
Developers will receive a summary report on completion of the Assessment. This can be found under the left-hand navigation Assessment dropdown on the Map Guide or within the List view.
The results can be downloaded to PDF as needed.
